Jenn Schreiner
Jenn Schreiner is a graduate of the University of Massachusetts with a Bachelors of Arts in Psychology and Women’s Studies. She was on Dean’s List and upon graduation was awarded the University’s Student Leadership Award for her work with campus and local women through the Everywoman’s Center.
Alongside her studies into human nature Jenn has always maintained a personal study of canine and feline behavior. It came naturally to apply what she knew about how humans learn to how dogs learn. In 2008 she began formalized study to obtain a certification as a professional dog trainer. In October of 2009 she completed a year long professional dog training program and graduated with honors from Animal Behavior College of Northridge California. She has mentored with both Caryl-Rose Pofcher of My Dog, LLC in Amherst and Alison Smith of Paradox Kennels in Westhampton. Jenn is a member of The Association of Pet Dog Trainers (APDT) and an approved AKC Canine Good Citizen (CGC) evaluator.
Jenn likes to take a holistic approach to dog training and has completed seminars in Tellington Touch with Sally Morgan; Teaching the Reactive Dog with Emma Parsons; and Animal Communication with Dawn Allen.
Jenn lives in Northampton with her husband, cat and two rescue dogs, both Basenjis.

Caroline Moore, KPA CTP

Caroline Moore has studied clicker training for many years, and has used it successfully on all of the members of her menagerie: two cats, two parrots, one rabbit, and a Standard Poodle (who recently earned his Canine Good Citizen certification!). When she pulls out the clicker, all of the animals flock around hoping it’s their turn to be trained!
Caroline believes training should be fun for the dogs and the humans. Her favorite thing is watching animals and humans have “aha moments” during training! She apprenticed with Caryl-Rose and Jenn before starting to teach her own classes. She attends clicker training conferences and workshops, and is constantly working to expand and improve her training skills.
Caroline is a Karen Pryor Academy Certified Training Partner. This rigorous, six-month program focuses on advanced clicker training skills, creating behavior modification plans, and designing innovative solutions to behavior challenges. It assesses the trainer’s behavioral knowledge, training skill, and teaching ability.
She has also received her Level 1 Clicker Trainer Competency Assessment (CAP1) with Merit.
Caroline does private behavior consults and in-home training for all species of animals through her own business, Stay Positive Animal Training.
