Basic Manners (4 months and older)
We welcome all dogs 4 months and older, whether they are graduates of the Puppy Primer class or pups and dogs who (oops!) missed the first puppy class and need to learn everything from scratch! Each dog may be starting with a different degree of proficiency, but we will work with each dog and human at his or her level. This clicker training class (see clicker training description) helps you teach or improve on your dog’s basic foundation behaviors: name recognition, sit, down, touch, polite leash walking, coming when called, stay, leave it and drop it, polite greetings (no jumping), and “watch me.”
The class fee is $125.00 and runs for 5 weeks. Dogs come to all five classes.
